Kaelen stands at 6 feet tall, which is considered small by the standards of her tribe, known for their formidable warriors. Her build is athletic and agile, designed for both speed and resilience.

She has striking features, including deep green eyes to an orange like autumn leaves on its outer rim. Her hair is a wild, untamed mane of dark black hair that reaches her lower back, often adorned with small braids or leaves to symbolize her dedication to the wilds, and a green feather behind her ear.

Kaelen typically wears practical clothing made from natural materials, blending functionality with her tribe’s traditional designs to allow some level of protection while keeping as much mobility as possible. The fur-lined, clothes made of a mix of linen with a leather armor, wrapped around to provide as much mobility as it can, wearing a wrapping green mantle with the symbol of her family, long boots and exposing her clavicle arm, though her shoulder and fore arm is covered by a thick hide. Through her clothes might look tribalistic inspired, they cannot be mistaken as unkempt, they seem well taken care off almost pristine, as she uses her magic to rewove them every time they get damaged.

She carries with her a signed silver ring of his father as a necklace.

Personality

Kaelen is fiercely dedicated to nature and protecting it and improving civilization relationship with it. Despite her small stature among her tribe, she possesses a strong will and a sense of responsibility that drives her to lead when needed. Her upbringing in a warrior tribe instilled in her a sense of honor, but she is also deeply misunderstood, she is aware of how oblivious she is of social interactions. Kaelen often feels like an outsider due to her mixed heritage; being the daughter of a tribe member and a researcher who was never accepted. This has made her resilient but also sensitive to feelings of rejection. She strives to forge her own identity while honoring the legacy of both her parents. She is quick to anger, and very straight forward, but as quick as she is to anger, her realization of how socially awkward she can be makes her as quick to calm, most times on her own. She mask her feelings by acting overly friendly, as she dreams of an ideal friendship.

Abilities

Kaelen is a skilled fighter and adept in various forms of combat. She specializes in a unique blend of traditional tribal fighting techniques and magical abilities. Her affinity for nature allows her to harness the power of the wild, using elemental magic to manipulate plants, bones, and the environment to her advantage. Usually carrying seamless branches and seeds that she manipulates shaping them to use as modern weapons, like guns, armor, shields, and even drones, giving plants a mechanic like appearance though they are undistinguishably made of wood and more fragile than a metallic counterpart. She is able to manipulate partially things made form plants or animals without any extra processing giving her the abilities to use or manipulates certain objects, like re-weaving clothes or make a rope tie itself.

Background:

Kaelen is the daughter of two great heroes whose name has faded from fame, as it become something only the previous generation might have heard about, her father is a researcher artificer by the name of Coleman Forge, who she has yet to meet. And Her mother Aelara Green used to be a great warrior of nature.

She was raised in Wild Silverlight by her mother who sacrificed her powers to keep Kaelen alive during her pregnancy, but due to her physical difference and the tribe forcing her father not to live with them she was discriminated and seen as a tainted, abhorred by most of her village, tolerated by few, and loved by less.

She has no understanding of her father but living in a place where she feels no connection, her hopes has altered her ego, mixing it with properties of what she imagines her father does given her mother stories.

She hopes to find her father and the kin that are like her, as She “tainted” the rite of passage and couldn’t bare the constant feeling of not fitting in her village.

Her mother’s sacrifice has shaped her identity and motivated her to honor her legacy by becoming a protector of the wilds. However, her mixed heritage also created a sense of isolation, as she has always felt the need to prove herself to both her tribe and the outside world, she decided to leave her place of birth. Kaelen relates to her father through stories told by her mother, feeling a strong connection to him even though he was never part of her life. This relationship has influenced her worldview, instilling in her a deep sense of curiosity about knowledge and the balance between magic and nature.

Kaelen’s main goal is to protect the wilds and ensure that the balance between nature and civilization is maintained. She seeks to unite the teachings of her mother with the knowledge she has gained from her father, creating a unique perspective that allows her to navigate the challenges ahead. Kaelen’s journey is one of self-discovery, as she seeks her father and kindred spirits.

• Lirael Brightstar: Kaelen is drawn to Lirael’s good nature, which she can instinctively sense, but their interactions often lead to heated discussions due to her short temper and his aggressive reactions. She feels calm around him but is puzzled by his aggressive reactions to her friendliness. constantly trying to understand him, even though their relationship can be rocky.
